Who we are

What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if given), the building’s location and what you tell us about your project. If you email or call us, we receive what you send or say.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan and deliver the work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing without your permission.
Who sees it
Enquiries reach our team by email. Our website is hosted by Vercel and our email by our IT providers, who process data on our behalf under contract.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, if work goes ahead, for as long as we must keep project records by law.
Cookies
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. It remembers a few display preferences in your own browser (for example, that you have seen the opening animation) and loads fonts from Google Fonts.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing enquiries@ltm-group.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
